Accommodations in Villa Cerro Castillo

New property built with a lot of love and care. We were put up in one of three buildings. The common room is really spacious with a lovely kitchen that is really well equipped. Pedro and Antonio were really kind and helpful. We also had a trio of sweet, playful dogs greet us. The dorms and bathrooms were super comfortable and clean. The beds were so comfy we slept like the dead. We loved this place so much that we are planning to spend a couple more nights here on our way back. This place is a bit removed from the city center. We had a car so it wasn’t an issue for us to get here.

Amazing location to the trailheads for the main hikes in Cerro Castillo!

This property is EXCEPTIONAL!! The home itself is designed by a talented architect who created an absolutely beautiful home with spectacular views from every room. The living room features a HUGE WINDOW with a breathtaking view of Cerra Castillo mountain. The attention to detail is amazing. This gorgeous, well-appointed home included everything one needs to settle in comfortably yet is located close enough to venture out for a challenging (or easier!) hike nearby. Part of our group achieved their bucket list goal of climbing up to Laguna Cerra Mountain to the pool of fresh glacier water. The property is also surrounded by nature and open space. The bedding was luxe and the two ensuite bathrooms were ideal for our group. The upstairs also featured two twins which were a plus. I simply cannot rave enough about this PERFECT home that we hope to stay in again in the future. You won't be disappointed!! Ten+ stars all the way!!

The house, a beautiful wooden construction, is located in an exceptional place, with direct views over the Ibañez river valley and the summit of the imposing cerro Castillo. The awesome interior design and neatness show how much effort and care the owners put into this property. Another plus is the touristic information available, which proposes various interesting activities around the property.

The setting was idyllic - so remote with spectacular views of the mountains and river!

The location was perfect for our hike. Beautiful views and we slept well. Great concept. Peaceful.

Absolutely beautiful cabin and incredible views of Cerro Castillo mountains. Located among 6 cabins with spacing and privacy in between. It's a solid 20 min drive into town, so it is a good place to bring your food and cook in the kitchen. You definitely need a 4x4 vehicle to get back up the hill into town.
