We stayed at this hotel as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) and had a wonderful experience. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well designed, with a separate bedroom for the children, which made our stay much more enjoyable. The hotel has a small water park, which is a great feature for families, although our kids preferred spending most of their time in the swimming pool. The all-inclusive concept was excellent, with plenty of food and drinks available throughout the day for both children and adults. There was always something to eat or drink, no matter the time. The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel is located about a 15-minute drive from the mall. Since we had a rental car, this was not an issue for us at all. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing family vacation and would happily recommend this hotel to other families.

We had a wonderful stay at Theo Sunset Hotel in Paphos, Cyprus. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered beautiful views of the sea, especially during sunset. The friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere made it the perfect place for a holiday. If you're travelling by car, it has lots of parking spaces available and also has a minimarket which is open all day.

I liked very much the beach, very good for relaxing and enjoying in small water but also great for snorkelling mear the rocks. Staff was very kind and fast even though they were working very hard to keep up with everything.

This is a high level hotel with great and professional personnel. We enjoyed all the aspects of our stay, the room was comfortable and clean, the gym in the hotel is very good, the area is nice. The best part was the food - I do recommend to have dinner in Serbellas. Breakfasts were also delicious.

Staff was friendly and always willing to help from the start! Location was excellent, and always quiet. Food was perfect for both breakfast and dinner. The sea view room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable! The adults pool was very quiet and clean throughout the day.

The people who work here are the reason I’ve kept coming back. They’ve always been kind, helpful, and respectful. Roula is especially wonderful, she always makes you feel welcome and goes out of her way to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Great service every time.

Throughout our stay, any questions we had were met with warm, prompt assistance and valuable local recommendations that enriched our visit. Elias Apartment is a true gem – a place I would gladly return to without hesitation and recommend wholeheartedly to anyone seeking not just accommodation, but a genuine experience of comfort and hospitality.

This is a brand new property that has such an amazing feel, views forever . Experience the most amazing sunset over the Mediterranean . Location is central to all of Paphos. The host is one of the best I have encountered . Unbelievable value for your money. As a regular traveller this is one of the best accommodations I have experienced.
