Helpful staff. Good location and sauna world though I was surprised it was not included in the price. Food was also great. Spa treatment were nice

I stayed for a weekend with two kids (2/6 years old), we were satisfied. The room was nicely renovated, beds were comfortable, staff was very friendly, location wonderful (few metres to the promenade, to the city center, river, chateau, Lego museum. Breakfast, although more or less basic, was served by the students of the Hotel management high school next door. From my perspective, great value for money. I recommend this place to stay if you travel on a budget. If you expect luxury, you will be disappointed.

The room was VERY nice for what it was. The bed was comfortable, it had all the furniture you could want in a room, and it was clean. Very worth the money.

Comfy bed, nice big shower, curtains make the room completely dark, direct view on the park fountain.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. The communication was great, the check-in and check-out were very easy. The location is great, right next to the river and close to the colonnade. I would definitely recommend.
