Accommodations in Lago Agrio

This is a great place to stay if you are passing by either traveling from or to Colombia or visiting the ecuadorian Amazon. It is super clean, comfortable, surrounded by nature and the hosts are simply amazing humans. They have a wonderful project, genuinely caring for nature and the community and children around. To top it all, they serve a delicious breakfast which varies every day, using fresh ingredients from the garden and if you're lucky the monkeys might come and greet you as well. I will definitely go back to this place if I ever get the chance to visit again !

Very secure and well laid out. Restaurant is very good and staff are tremendous.

The woman who runs the hotel was a sweetheart. She and her husband live on site. She stayed up to check us in when we didn’t arrive until 9:30 at night. We were just a few blocks from an amazing park, and she arranged a ride for us to a great restaurant. I appreciated that she kept the front door locked for safety. She made us a nice breakfast.

I had an amazing experience at Hostal Amazónico Bello Amanecer! The place is clean, comfortable, and very well located—close to everything you might need. The air conditioning was a real plus, especially after a day of exploring. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was Elsa, the host. She treated me like family from the moment I arrived—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. She went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and offered great local recommendations that made my trip even more special. If you're looking for a friendly and relaxing place to stay with genuine hospitality, this is it. Highly recommended!
