Excellent customer service and reception specially Mr Hussien Hany.

Every thing was so good and staff was so friendly especially shimaa Maged from guest relations and adel from reception they helped me a lot and hotel cleanliness

I loved the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Mahmoud the hotel chef was so kind serving me my breakfast every morning and his friendly smile. Best omelettes ever!

I had a wonderful stay at Villa 14. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-prepared, making it comfortable and relaxing. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. I would highly recommend Villa 14 and would love to return.

I dont recommend at all, the whole area was dusty, there doga barking whole night and since the facility is not sound proof i couldnt slipped. I dont recommend

I have visited the hotel before, and I noticed some excellent upgrades done to the hotel, including the new entrance and reception and lobby. One more thing, the location of the hotel is as good as it gets, with multiple coffeeshops, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, markets and other types of shops all within short walking distance...

The reception guesting especially Ms Reham the manager and Mr. Amr elhibashy both are a real practical image for the place .
