We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful nubian house ,From the moment we arrived Mrs aAsmaa made us feel right at home with her warmth, kindness and genuine hospitality. The nile view is breathtaking and you can spend the whole visit in the terrace enjoying the scene. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a cozy, clean and welcoming place.

The staff were super friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the view from my balcony. The food was terrific...both dinner (ate vegetarian) and the boxed breakfast they provided for my early morning take off. Kudos to a great stay!

This hostel is just about 3 weeks new when I stayed here. Biba, the friendly owner, went out of her way to make my trip to Aswan enjoyable. The photos and description of the place match with reality. There’s a sweet lady who cleans the entire place every day. To my delight, the windows are cleaned both inside and outside so guests can enjoy the view of the Nile. Thanks to Pajama Hostel, my first impression of Egypt has been good so far. This is a women-owned business that I’m happy to support.

Just taking the boat taxi here was an amazing beautiful journey and staying here with the beautiful views of the botanical garden and sand dunes has such a beautiful feeling over the sacred Nile! It's magical. The staff is amazing! The full size king bed is very comfortable, everything is super nice!

Amazing location! Super friendly and polite staff. We enjoyed an amazingly delicious local lunch after the city observation. The hotel is located in a fantastic and authentic place at the riverside. This place is highly recommended for a short stay to see the Philae Temple.

We booked spontaneously as we had difficulty with a flight. They were able to confirm and pick us up from the airport immediately, it was after midnight. The breakfast in the morning was substantial and the staff were very hospitable. we also got a drop off into the main city area. The river out the front of the accommodation is clean and blue.

The view from our room was fantastic! You can see the Nile river with beautiful sunset. With this view, there is absolutely no need to stay in other expensive accommodations! Mr Wanas is a super nice person, he offered very nice price for boat to Philae temple and helped us deal with taxi driver (and found us a taxi driver with fair charge). At last he even bought us some local dessert which was super delicious!

Amazing experience staying one night in Wanas Kato. After our cruise arriving to Aswan we decided to stay one more night and it was a fantastic decision, staff is friendly, rooms as expected and comfortable and the BEST VIEW of the sunset from all Aswan. They also offered us a delicious dinner. Run be a Nubian family who all they want to make your stay enjoyable. I would recommend this place to everyone visiting Aswan.

Amazing place and great hosts! Aya was great at communication and organized our trips to Abu Simbel and so on.. They even upgraded our room to Nile view and were always happy to help with a smiling face! Tamer was so kind and friendly and went out of way to help us. We are a family of 4 and all vegetarians, The food at the restaurant was simply amazing! We ended up staying 1 extra night! Cannot recommend enough!

Excellent design, excellent location, the whole family is very enthusiastic, the dinner and breakfast cooked by the old mother are very delicious, just like returning to my home. Aswan and this hotel are very suitable for vacation and relaxation. If there is more time to stay, it will be more perfect. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.
