This hotel is absolutely beautiful from the grounds and pools to the rooms and decor in the restaurants. The hotel manager and restaurant manager, and really every single staff member, were so incredibly kind and helpful. We traveled as a big group (6 adults and 6 kids) and had a wonderful time. The breakfast is out of this world and the food at the Blue Donkey especially was so delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely return.

The staff, the food, the location, the view, the facilities, and the tranquility. Great for relaxation yet plenty of activities to do within the farm and beyond that can be arranged by the activity manager if you wish at any time.

Best accomodation we stayed at in Egypt. It’s located a short walk away from lots of pottery shops and they even have their own workshop at the hotel with beautiful pieces. We also did a pottery class and got to take home what we made :) The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We booked a safari through the hotel and it was amazing and very affordable. But the best part is the kindness of the family! Everyone was so kind and thoughtful and made sure we had an amazing time.

The property is lovely, warm and fully functional. The garden is perfect to chill outdoors while staying in the comfort and privacy of your home. The heated pool was an extra perk. The host was very friendly and helpful. The price is very reasonable. I ate out most of my stay, hired a jeep driver and toured around all the time and still ended up paying less than what other hotels in Tunis charged. Tunis is a lovely village on its own, perfect to enjoy the Egyptian countryside without giving up 'western' comforts. With the help of a driver, at a very reasonable price, one can also explore the wonderful Fayoum area which is really rich with naturalistic and archeological sites that are worth visiting

The property is beautifully designed, with authentic architecture and a serene atmosphere. The rustic stairway, cozy kitchen with its charming arched windows, and the vibrant outdoor courtyard were standout features. The courtyard, in particular, was perfect for relaxing, with its colorful seating and natural shade from the trees. Everything felt thoughtfully designed to provide a peaceful and comfortable retreat.

This was such a breath of fresh air after a busy few days in Cairo. Total relaxation and peace in a beautiful hotel in a beautiful village. We were welcomed by the lovely staff at reception and ordered a delicious lunch which was the best of locally produced Egyptian authentic food. Delicious duck, beautifully grilled chicken, fabulous salads which were super fresh and home made bread You do wait for your food but this is because it is all made fresh and it is well worth it. The grounds are pretty and the good sized pool tucked away around the corner as the ultimate place to relax and enjoy this oasis. Our room was a whole apartment, we had a kitchen, sitting area with balcony and two bedrooms with a bathroom, all air conditioned and built in a very tasteful and traditional and attractive style. The local village is friendly and we enjoyed a quad bike tour, tilapia fishing in a local fish farm, birdwatching tours with a local expert and pottery lessons just along the street from the hotel. We loved it and each member of our family came away happy with different special memories of our lovely three day stay - initially we booked onw night but ended up staying for three.
