From the very moment our booking was confirmed, they reached out to ensure our arrival would be safe, smooth, and stress-free, which immediately put us at ease, especially since the guesthouse is located on the West Bank of Aswan. The place itself is warm, cozy, and full of soul. It naturally invites you to slow down, sit, and connect. Whether with locals, fellow travelers, or simply with yourself. There’s a beautiful sense of community and calm that makes you feel instantly at home. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged with everything we needed. One of the most magical parts of the experience was waking up to the smell of the delicious homemade breakfast, prepared with ingredients harvested directly from their own garden. Every meal felt like a celebration of care, simplicity, and love. The kindness of the family went far beyond expectations; they were incredibly thoughtful, generous, and attentive, always making sure we felt safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. Transportation to and from the guesthouse was also well arranged, making everything seamless. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for this beautiful experience. The communal area such as lounge and dining area are very comfortable. The roof top dining area has great view of the Nile. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful especially Bahir. Breakfast and dinners were delicious. There is a nice garden outside. We were also allowed to use their large washing machine and helped us with our wash.

I like the location and the cleanliness of the place. The neighborhood is very calm and relaxing. I had a very good breakfast everyday during my stay. I liked the staff very much specially Abdullah Yahia who was very helpful and supportive.

Liked Everything, the host Abdula is nice and helpful, he upgraded my stay without any charges and gave me a free dinner too, nile view from the property looks amazing.its an excellent option for backpacker travellers.

What a great property to experience the Nubian culture and people! Everybody that we met was very friendly and open to us. Our host also arranged for and was our guide from and to the Nile, the private boat, experience a couple of Nubian villages as well as a real (not a tourist) Nubian restaurant. Great tour and at what we call *real* prices, not inflated tourist prices.

I have a wonderful stay in Nuba Heart Guesthouse. The room is very clean and the breakfast was big and delicious. The owner, Tamer and Madian are very kind and helpful and offer very reasonable tour package to Abu Simbel. You can also order lunch/dinner which is extremely big and delicious. It was a great place to stay and very close to the ferry. Highly recommend to stay here if you are coming to Aswan.

Beautiful, authentic, nothing touristic. Wonderful Nubian family that hosts you. Close to the ferry, with a beautiful view over the sand dunes and tombs. Quiet, you sleep like a baby. I loved everything.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Sadly we were so tired to get the full experience and hangout with everyone after sunset, but the staff will make you feel right at home and are incredibly kind. Great AC, 5 min walk from ferry, amazing breakfast. All around perfect.

We were upgraded to a junior suite which was excellent overlooking the pool and river. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'd like to commend the Mr. Aref and Mr. Mohamed.
