Nice hotel, nothing fancy but everything functioning perfectly (fridge, microwave, air conditioner) they should make it clearer that the kitchenette has no pots or cutlery or anything and you should bring anything you want to potentially use. I was only there for one night to break down a long trip so this was not a problem for me. I found everything easy, comfy, no fuss, brakfast nothing fancy either but satisfying and more than enough quantity, the pools looked so nice I was I was staying longer! And the staff were very friendly and helpful like if you want to park at the hotel you oay so they tell you where you can park elsewhere if you want (I stayed in th egaraje but anyway)

You have to take into consideration the kind of hotel it is to properly assess and rate it. It's a 1 star hotel and as such it was great and cheap, very close to everything.

the location was amazing. Views from the balcony are so pretty. It is in the middle of the castle, on top of Peñiscola.

The location was excellent, its just in the center streets without being in the "old town mess", right next to the beach front. The apartment is large and comfortable, several bed rooms, all very clean.

New refurbished and clean. Comfortable and good location. Walking distance to both beaches. Many restaurants nearby, also a supermarket. No need to use our car.

The hostess is very friendly and helpful! The apartment was clean, with air conditioning for hot days. There was a speaker connected to an iPod with nice music. The location is supperb near the beach, old town and castle. Peniscola is worth a lot of visits! Couldn't ask for more.
