Everything. Excellent value for money. Quiet and peaceful and well located. Friendly, helpful staff. Our upper-floor bedroom was fabulous. Beautifully decorated in typical Spanish epoch style; very light and airy; the bed and pillows were comfortable, with a large wardrobe and suitcase supports. Very clean.

the hotel was amazing, the staff were super helpful. deffo worth going to the preferred club option with the private pool and restaurant access. taxi from airport was 25 euro each way and less than 20mins

Basically everything. There is not 1 thing negative I would say about this luxury boutique property. It was stunning, service was personal and the location/design aesthetic, food, drink impeccable.

I booked this for my two daughters after thier original hotel they had booked didn't work out. They both said it was the nicest hotel they have stayed in. The staff went above and beyond to look after them and they were all very friendly and helpful. it was so nice that want to go again next year with us so we are hopefully going to book.

We loved everything about Hotelito, especially the staff who were friendly, helpful, and funny. The rooms were beautiful as was the overall property. We were in the Canaries for 3 weeks at different locations, and this was our favorite.

Accessible, and close to Timanifaya. Neat, and friendly staff.

Extraordinary gem! Location, views, proximity, owners and pool both warm and lovely! Fantasticlly centrally situated home in volcanic mountain area with beautiful vistas of both sea and volcano. I appreciated the owners receptivity and sharing of useful island inside information and referrals to unique experiences. Receiptionist provided good and timely service and cleaning.

The apartment is located in a lovely home in the picturesque village of Yaiza, which is a great base for exploring the neighboring volcanic landscape. What really made the stay for me was the generous hospitality and lovely host who lives upstairs. Her smiling face and energy greeted me in the morning, offered me a delicious papaya, held onto my luggage while I went exploring (I came on foot) and than helped me out when I subsequently tripped on a rock and came back bruised. Thank you so much!!

Cozy nice apartment in a lite village, perfect for small kids family

We had a great time. The apartment is very nicely decorated and clean, and has a good kitchen with all the necessary utensils, which meant we could cook. Outside, we had wonderful views of the valley (and a nice, wind-sheltered outside seating space, which meant we could sit outside in the evening). The host was incredibly helpful and friendly. The apartment is centrally located on the island, so it was very handy for day trips (the furthest we drove was 1 hour away).

Property was very nice. Room was clean, large and comfortable with coffee and tea supplied. Large bathroom with everything you need. Hosts were very friendly and nice. They responded quickly and were very helpful when we had inquiries.

We loved this place. The host communicated well about access. It was in a great location, close to amenities if needed, and secure in a gated residential street. The first thing we noticed was how clean it was—absolutely spotless. The host left wine and nibbles, which was a lovely touch. We visited with 3 primary-aged kids; they loved the pool, and we loved that there was a utility space between the pool door and the villa to change and hang wet clothes. We didn’t use the cooker, but we did use the coffee machine (an absolute godsend) and the washing machine. The Wi-Fi was steady, and the air conditioning was efficient. All in all, it was a brilliant stay, and we would definitely recommend it. We would certainly book again!
