Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Large sunny room. Working A/C. Plentiful, tasty breakfast. Ideal location!

The receptionists were very nice, available and competent, both in the evening and in the morning

We were unable to start our electric rental car at the end of the show at the "Théâtre antique". Theo, the young hotel manager, stayed until after midnight to wait for us and made numerous phone calls so that we could get back to the hotel safely (we're 80). He called my daughter who lives in the Caribbean (she was the one who had made the reservation) to get our phone number to contact us, as he was worried (my daughter had mentioned our age on the reservation). He did many other things, but it would take too long to explain. All I can say is that he went above and beyond. Theo is perfectly suited for the hospitality management. Skilled, reactive and caring. We can't thank you enough for what you did Theo. Beautiful place and outstanding location. The proprietor Gregory was super helpful and very attentive. He gave us numerous recommendations for retaurants and wineries. We loved our stay!

Absolutely beautiful building and the room we stayed in was very modern and really clean. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, the staff were amazing and the service couldn’t have been better. We had dinner and the quality and presentation of every dish was incredible. The main course of beef was truly amazing. Breakfast was lovely, there was lots of choice. Our stay was 💯% amazing and we can’t wait to return later this year! Thank you for an amazing stay.

Very clean, quiet (good window sound-proofing). Very kind personnel. Basic breakfast, but sufficient (with brown bread and yogurt). We'd definitely come back here.

The room and bathroom were large which was nice! They also had parking available which was a bonus.

this is a wonderful gem of an apartment. all the comforts of home! great location to the Roman Theater, the Arc, lots of restaurants and shops and a grocery store. there are adequate kitchen supplies if you wish to make a simple meal. comfortable bed, cute decor, and a WORKING towel warmer! Nice and clean throughout. nice shower with adequate pressure. (bring your own soap and shampoo) An easy walk to/from the train station if you wish. Also, bus service to Chateauneuf-du-pape via city bus is close by. (line 922) at €2,50 per person.
