We loved the breakfast. We are Americans though and we are used to a little more hearty meat at breakfast but there was still a really great selection. The breads and butter were amazing. We are still dreaming of the brioche and jams. The juice was delicious. I appreciated the hard boiled eggs and that there was enough food offered to feel that you could eat all that you wanted with plenty to share for the other hotel guests. It was all very beautifully and festively displayed as well. The man at the front desk was so welcoming and thoughtful. I wanted to film some of the hotel for my mother, who has always dreamed of coming to France. He made sure all the twinkle lights were on for the video and pictures. The cleaning staff were so thoughtful and kind. I genuinely believe this hotel staff should be the representatives of France. They were so welcoming and kind!

Elsa was a wonder hostess, being attentive and very responsive to our needs. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. It is a in a prime location in Bergheim, near the other towns and attractions of the Alsace area. This was a perfect location and apartment!

We had a medical emergency and they helped us get emergency nos. Plus we kept breakfast for us till we reached. The amazing staff kept checking how our little one was and I felt so good that people cared

Immaculately presented modern business type hotel. We were travelling down to Italy so for us the position near the autoroute was very convenient. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant presented to us by efficient yet friendly staff. Would stay again, maybe next time for a couple of night's. The breakfast was perfect with sparkling local wine available on a Sunday morning. We made a bucks fizz with ours from the quality orange juice. Hot and cold option's available with great coffee.

The apartment is modern, clean, and very comfortable. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, but still within walking distance of the park and the historic city center, which was very convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped, the heating is adjustable, and the renovation is pleasant and stylish. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Pet-friendly is a big plus. We parked on the street right in front of the windows without any issues.

Easy to find, they only take cash, so I had to go to the bank but that was not a problem. A bank is a few blocks away. I was able to get ready for a very long next day bike ride. The breakfast was excellent.

The apartment was close to the center. The landlord was very helpful and nice. The bathroom was new and the water was really warm. The apt had everything you needed: hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, towels.

The host was very kind and thoughtful. The house is immaculate and had very nice facilities, with a peaceful garden. The location was excellent as everything was a stone's throw away.

The decororation and functionality of the bathroom + kitchen was very good. The view in the old town street, the location can hardly be better with nearby parking space conveniently located to depart in any direction out of the city. The coffee, water, all basic condiments in the kitchen allowed us to have q fantastic familly meal at the property
