We loved it all... beautiful setting,great house, lovely hosts?

We had the most perfect stay this weekend! The sun was shining and the barn had everything in it that we needed and more for a blissful stay in the countryside. The outside seating was perfect for relaxing in the sun and the hot tub was a perfect addition. Everything was shiny new and spotless and felt really luxurious. We also really appreciated that breakfast was left for us - very thoughtful, thank you. Middle of nowhere relaxation, we didn't see another soul the whole time apart from the two gorgeous donkey's next door. Thank you for a lovely stay, we'll be back! :)

The property was exceptional for comfort and relaxation, it was very peaceful. Zara & John, the hosts, were very helpful. The decor was fabulous throughout and the overall barn conversion was a tremendous job. The pancakes and duck eggs were a nice touch, they went down well for breakfast! I would definitely recommend this accommodation and look forward to returning the next time we are in the area.

Everything!lovely cottage throughout.

Really such a great find. Very cosy and comfortable cottage, felt really homely but very clean too! Everything that we needed and more was there, as far as Linn leaving us some irish soda bread for the morning which was very kind! Really warm, cosy, and overall we had a great stay. The two doggies are great too!! Stuart was an amazing host and we had some great chats with him!! Really makes you feel at home. We were sad to have missed Linn while we stayed there however we heard so many great things about her from stuart and we hope to meet her when we stay again!! Overall 10/10.

Very romantic, beautiful and elegantly decorated by the owners. It’s very close to the Game of Thrones Studio Tour (15 mins,) 25 minutes outside Belfast and just a few minutes drive to Royal Hillsborough, Northern Irish Royal residence. The breakfast option was an outstanding option for us and the little kitchenette was fully stocked for our stay. Every single detail was covered and nothing was overlooked. We are already planning on coming back. It’s unlike anything else out there and well worth the experience.

The hosts were lovely and very helpful. The location was in the countryside, the decor was unique and different.

Noel was an amazing host, the home is welcoming and cosy. It has everything you need and more a hamper of food and wine on arrival so kind. Noel came and checked in on us and was very understanding on the final day of check out when I had car trouble and couldn't leave the property on check out. Noel and his wife were so understanding. Everyone enjoyed their stay and didn't want to leave. Honestly I could say anything bad about our stay and experience. We will be back again x

The cottage was absolutely beautiful. We were welcomed into a warm home with biscuits on the table to go with a cup of tea before we unpacked. We wanted for nothing as Lynda had thought of everything even a spare toothbrush which my daughter was able to use. The log burning fire was so cosy given it snowed the whole time we were there and it made the cottage even more welcoming. Beds were comfortable, we had all the cooking appliances we could ask for. I made a full roast dinner on the 2nd night. Lynda left details of walks and activities, takeaways, board games I mean she literally thought of everything. We enjoyed the trip so much we decided to spend an extra night and have requested to return at Easter

Everything was perfect. The location in lovely Hillsborough was picturesque, the house and garden truly lovely, with views towards Cavehill in Belfast from our window: Valerie and Kenny were delightful, incredibly caring and made our stay very comfortable. Valerie greeted us with a lovely tea tray and apple tart. Our room and bathroom were both wonderful with a comfortable bed and lovely bedlinens/pillows. A tea tray was provided in the upper hall foyer which was fabulous. Breakfast was wonderful, yoghurt, fruit, cereals, soda and potato bread, toast and preserves, pancakes and …. A cooked breakfast to follow! We felt totally spoilt.
