The guy at the reception is good and welcoming The second room we booked was a little better, I guess because of the price but doesn't worth the price placed on it

Wonderful experience at this hotel. Staff are professional and friendly. Rana checked in for me with a warm welcome. He did provide quick response in a professional manner for fixing a couple of room's issues. And Hilda from the restaurant is also very nice and helpful with a sweet smile. Thank you for everything ❤️

It’s an amazing place. Always feels like home. Everything is within reach and the staff are always ready and willing to help. Breakfast is perfect and you get access to everything you need. You just have to ask!

Breakfast is good but needs to have a little variety

in comparison to other budget hotels this hotel is only budget in price but excellent in everything else

The service in general, the breakfast and the pool was great!

The place was very nice, clean. Had nice towels (that's really great). The bed and beddings were okay too. Checking in and out was easy and smooth. The bathroom was very clean and had basic stuffs needed (like toothpaste incase you forgot yours).

This house is amazing very clean , very comfortable and the care taker yemi is very professional and fabulous. His behaviour is really really nice. The experience is amazing

Very close to Heathrow and easy to reach by public transport. Has great kitchen, bathroom and 2 beds. Also enough space for breakfast table + 2 x chairs and coffee table. And of course for two large suitcases fully open so truly spacious. Crockery, cutlery, pots and all the kitchen equipment you may wish for. Shampoo and hand soap. Good water pressure in shower. Warm and cozy. Host was very friendly and easy to reach. Place is secluded with lots of privacy. Central yet not noisy.

The location is perfect for getting to Heathrow early in the morning, only a few minutes walk from the Elizabeth line. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable.
