It was an ideal location to explore the area, overlooking Rutland Water. It was so beautiful and tranquil

Breakfast was lovely, and the gentleman that served us every morning was the most kind and polite man. The hotel itself has lots of character. Also lady manager was very understanding when I mentioned that the room was quite small for both of us, she made it more comfortable by adding an extra bed in the room, as the double was quite small and soft for both of us to sleep in. Cannot fault the staff.

It was a great location overlooking Rutland Water. Close to everything we wanted to explore. The apartment we stayed in was well kitted out with everything we needed.

Welcoming, friendly, divine and attentive team. The room was sublime. The food, superb. You must treat yourself. Well worth it.

The landlady was fabulous. Really friendly and extra helpful. Nothing seemed too much bother .

Clean and well appointed Central

Lovely comfy room which had super comfy bed, large bathroom and a great selection of tea/coffee/snacks. The breakfast was a delight, warm croissants, fruit, cereals more than I could eat. Plus it appears on a trolley from an adjoining door to the main house at the time you agreed. Great hosts

This beautiful flat is exceptionally located to everything you might need in Oakham. The flat is nicely fitted and the shower meets the expectations of any American :)

The property was immaculately clean when we arrived. Aldo great location. I would stay in this property again. We rented the cottage over Christmas and we loved the Christmassy touches around the house. plus the staples like bread, milk, tea and coffee when we arrived was very welcomed.

Jubilee House was perfect for our needs, meeting up with family. There was ample accommodation for the 6 of us. We ate in and we also ate at the lovely pub 50 yards away. We needed two car parking spaces, so one of us had to park on the road, which worked out OK. The town itself is lovely, and we also went bike riding and the Aqua Park at Rutland. Highly recommended.

Everything. The location is great, it is close to shops and restaurants. The apartment is very comfortable and the tea bags and coffee were much appreciated.

Loved the character of the flat and its facilities and decor! It has a great location in Oakham. Plenty of brilliant places to visit in the area. The owners really looked after us with amazing communication and attention to detail. Thank you!
