Everything, staff are lovely and provide excellent service. The property is beautiful and well maintained.

I absolutely loved the hotel, and the staff were incredibly friendly — every one of them, but especially Maria. She always had a smile on her face and truly pampered us during breakfast each morning. The breakfasts were fantastic — we tried several options from the menu and each one was delicious. We also had dinner at the hotel one evening, and the hamburgers were excellent. Overall, the service was fast, attentive, and very good. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this gorgeous and welcoming hotel. If we have the chance, we’ll gladly return!

Nice and close to the studios and the town

Newly refurbished to a very high standard. Very comfortable room and lovely bathroom. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Enjoyed an excellent dinner with a friend. The bar and Dining Rooms on different levels adding to the attraction of the Traditional Pub Decor and furniture.

Clean friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful, and readily available. Rooms were comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was great: a good size, clean and comfortable. The title was a little misleading because it did not indicate that it was 20 minutes from London only by train, but the station was only 2 blocks away, so it was an easy trip. We enjoyed our stay there.

This is the perfect room with a view and lovely hosts who make you feel right at home. It was very clean and neat. It's an easy walk to the train station, shops and restaurants. Busses also run regularly from the train station, including the free Royal Veterinary College Shuttle. It's only 30 mins by train to London or you can take a bus to Hatfield or St Albans!
