Breakfast was good, most enjoyable

95% of the facilities are fantastic other than the below in my opinion

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing and the hotel stuff was the friendliest and most helpful I've ever had in all my travels so far. I would defintely come back here.

Well situated in the city, ideal for getting around. The parking was good with plenty of spaces. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were warm, as it was getting a little chilly outside during our stay (late September). Didn't use the spa so can't comment. Room was clean and was checked up on to ensure up to standard. We ate in the restaurant most days and had breakfast, good food and a nice selection.

Honestly, I loved everything! Clean, beautiful great staff great location .. I cannot praise the staff enough !! and honestly the hotel is beautiful and location is a 10 I’m 100% coming back

Perfect location. It’s close to the bus station and the ferry terminal. This very historic hotel is very nice and well maintained. Also, the breakfast was excellent.

Everything was really good about this hotel- we stayed in room 100 which was amazing so if you are booking try to get this room. Breakfast was really good, great choice & so fresh with staff around to keep an eye if anyone needed extra help.

It’s close to public transport, to the seaside, to the town centre, which is very convenient. Self checkin is smooth.

This hotel is in a great location; just a 10-minute brisk walk to the bus station (great bus system!) and the heart of St. Helier. Breakfast was generous. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a beautiful park right across the street. The owners are lovely, helpful, and personable.

Fabulous!! Hosts were wonderful. Perfect on the water location. Food supurb.

We were welcomed by friendly staff. The layout, with different lounges and the library, was designed to accommodate many people with different interests.

Great location. Easy to get in and out of. Rooms were a little small but serviceable.

the communication was excellent and we really appreciated the room upgrade the young lady looking after the hotel whilst the owners were away was very polite and we will definitely stay here again the view from the hotel is stunning and the location is excellent for the town restaurants and many many pubs!!!

Great location, large/comfortable/clean apartments, staff went above and beyond to help us with travel advice, laundry, and changing room accommodations

It was very good value for money, clean and comfortable and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One minor issue with the shower not draining well was sorted out very quickly by the manager and a plumber. We reported it in the evening and they sorted it first thing the next morning. The housekeeper was very friendly and responsive to messages about any small questions we had about local shops and stuff and she even gave us a small present 🤗 She also provided a bedside lamp on request. Location great, right by a fabulous beach and bus stop into St Helier. Cooking and food storage facilities were also very good, we are vegan and on a budget so self-catering works well for us. All in all, it was an excellent stay. Thank you 🤗
