Super cozy Tavern feel. Lovely restaurant with really good food. Family friendly. Nice bed and rooms. Very peaceful location. Felt welcome. Free parking .

Clean and comfortable beds. Location was minutes walk to the high street. Staff were professional and courteous. It was quiet.

The location is in one of Kent’s prettiest spots, the Pantiles which is full of history, royal connections and mineral waters. The decor was very stylish, genteel even and welcoming. Lovely colours on the walls, paintings that matched the decor, a very cosy lounge downstairs with a fireplace. This was my second stay and again the staff were all amazingly helpful and friendly. They willingly stored our luggage including a wedding dress before we checked in and even after we checked out. I worked downstairs in the morning and felt relaxed and welcomed. I loved the music which added to the genteel Pantiles vibe. We had a light lunch which was delicious. I recommend the restaurant. I want to make this our family hotel for UK visits.

Great atmosphere. Lovely staff. The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Spectacular landscape views, there are cute small walks accessible from the property. Delicious cocktails and the chef clearly puts in special effort, the food was excellent. The included breakfast on the balcony was delightful. She we had places to go, we would have loved to stay longer.

I loved so many things. The staff was amazing, extremely helpful & courteous. The breakfast was reasonably priced yummy and wonderful variety. Coffee was awesome. Hardworking staff. Left a lovely note for us when we checked in. Always ready to assist.

Everything was amazing lovely people and great service

It was clean, we had an issue with hot water but it was dealt with great efficiency, the proprietor couldn't have been more helpful, the location was excellent with the bus stop just outside and the centre of town just down the road.

Good price even during Christmas time. Location is also convenient as it's close to High Brooms railway station and grocery stores are not far away.

Great central location, host was very communicative, property was clean, and met all of my expectations. I would stay there again. Good outside space.
