Everything was just perfect, all the communication prior and during the stay. Host family made a delicious dinner for us even when it was bit late. We felt here like a part of the family. And the Glamping area? Wow. That was something. Our tent was a pure cosiness in every case. I will never sleep anywhere else around Vardzia than here, thank you!

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Vardzia, Vardzia - Tsotne's kingdom is an apartment surrounded by views of the inner courtyard.

I highly recommend this place! The room had everything you needed, a cozy courtyard overlooking the mountains. Excellent house wine in the evening and a very tasty breakfast. Thanks to the hospitable owner and staff. When we are there again, we will stay with you.

The owner was very friendly and an incredible cook! Perfect location to explore the local area. Also enjoyed a nice evening walk up the hill from her home. It was very quiet and comfortable.

This was the most memorable stay on our entire vacation. We will always remember the amazing hospitality of our hosts, the spectacular views, and the peaceful atmosphere. This is truly a gem, a piece of heaven on earth. We were greeted and treated like family here and no review could truly do justice to this amazing place. One just needs to experience it. The rooms were superb, with everything needed for the most delightful stay. Some of the earlier reviews mentioned an outside shower but the hosts totally upgraded the facilities and we had very comfortable bathroom and shower inside the little wooden house. I had the best night of sleep here. But the best part was the incredibly kind and generous hosts. We are truly grateful for their hospitality. The host family provides an option for home cooked dinner and breakfast and the food was amazing. The hosts even shared traditional Georgian music and singing with us during the meal. They treated us like family and we will always remember this wonderful family. The views from this place are spectacular, making you feel in paradise. This place will always stay in our hearts.

Simple accomodation where you have everything you need and is perfectly clean. Of course you cannot expect some luxury but the owners are so nice and amenities are totally sufficient. Perfect tasty breakfast. Beautiful garden.

10 out of 10 gorgeous. The flowers, the grapevines, the stone buildings, the river, the mountains surrounding. It’s an incredible location, meticulously groomed. I’d looked at the pictures but it’s even more stunning in real life. The farm-to-table food is great. One note: the rooms were pretty cheap but the food was expensive - but adding the two together it was reasonable. The food is amazing though, homemade jam, fresh salads, overwhelming quantities and some of the best trout I’ve ever had.

ბ-ნმა გიორგიმ და ქ-ნმა დარეჯანმა თავი მაგრძნობინეს როგორც საკუთარ სახლში. ძალიან კარგ და ოჯახურ გარემოში ავღმოჩნდი. ვახშამი იყო გადასარევი. მდებარეობა, გარემო, სიმშვიდე ყველაფერი იყო შესანიშნავი. ყველას ვურჩევდი მათთან დარჩენას. Darejani and Giorgi are such great people. I just stayed for one night but it was memorable. The dinner was absolutely fantastic. People are awesome, location is great, pretty close to the caves. I'd highly recommend this guesthouse. No regret whatsoever that I chose this place. 10 out of 10. Thanks again Darejan and Giorgi! Wish you all the best!
