The property located right at the beginning of the loop trail along the famous bridges of Zagori. Authentic design, perfect cleanliness, comfortable bed, small good equipped kitchen, self controlled fast heating, hot water any time. Great tavern just across the street. Good breakfast. Our deepest gratitude to the owners.

Check-in and check-out were fast, with no unnecessary delays. The hotel seemed to run very smoothly, which I really appreciated.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay with our family of five. The apartment was great, with two air-conditioned Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable and we had everything we need. The hosts were incredibly kind, and we were able to communicate easily with Google Translate. The breakfast was very good, especially the delicious homemade pies! The guesthouse is in a beautiful village, perfect for exploring the old stone bridges and hiking trails.

The hosts are very knowledgeable about the area.

Our stay was excellent! The house wasn't missing a thing, a lot of wood for the fireplace, a fridge and a basket filled with goodies to cover all your needs and cravings since there is no market nearby. It is a well done, professional job...from the notes in the house, the stitches in the comfortable pillows, the communication, the house being so warm during -5 outside and clean being an understatement. Would recommend in a heart beat, the photos actually don't give it enough credit.

Kostas the host was amazing from the first moment. We talked over WhatsApp and he answered all the questions we had prior to making the booking. We stayed 4 nights, and even after making the booking and during the stay he provided valuable information about Zaguria and good places to dine in the evenings. The apartment itself is nothing short of amazing and Kostas's generosity is equally amazing. Every utensil or equipment you can think of - this apartment has it, right down to the cleaning materials for the washing machine or a kitchen with provided snacks, espresso capsules and fresh pastry. Everything in the apartment is well thought of, in great condition and the stay was fabulous. The location in Metamorfosi is ideal for star-type trips of a few days visiting Zaguria - Aristi, Ioannina and Kildonia are 30min drive, Konista is 45min drive so basically every interesting place in Zaguria falls within 45min radius. Kostas the host is amazing, I've never met an apartment owner tlso friendly, helpful and pleasant.

Kind and polite host . Beautiful stone little house in the middle of the village, opposite the picturesque church of st. George. Peaceful and quiet area. 20 min. Drive to most of the beautiful villages on the mountains and only 15' drive to the center of Ioannina. 1 hour away from Parga beach front city. I will definitely return.

The location is great. We loved the owners, very warm, hospitable and made you feel like at home from the start. What a great story! We sat outside and had some beers whilst enjoying the view from the property, just brilliant. So tranquil and stunning at the same time.

First and foremost, the owner is extremely nice and generouse in hospitality and advice. The appartment is very spacious and nicely decorated. Everything works perfectly and super clean. Comofortable beds, air and light streaming in from three sides through the doors and windows. Sunrise and sunset makes for a lovely mountains view. The location is perfect. Just 12 minutes from Ioanina center, lake, castel, shopping and night places (lots of free parking in town). Yet it is in a quiet spot, only 15 minutes away from the entrance to the Zagory mountain range, and less to Parema cave. Many good restaurants within 5-10 minutes away (Try the i Valory), And supermarket just as close. Free easy parking right at the door, privacy and peace. We found a fridge stocked with fruits, vegetables and fresh free-range eggs fro the owners' own pen. The kitchen is fully equipped and all the little essential are available - oil, seasoning, coffee (3 kinds) etc. There is even a canter of local liquer and snacks. This place is perfect for a couple or a family of 4 (more if younge kids). It is a great place as a homely base for touring the entire region. In terms of value, it us amazing, and we were treated more like visiting relatives than tourists. We were sad to leave and are already thinking about how quickly we can come again, because 3 days are far from enough to explore all that we would like the region.
