it was all great, super nice room with almost all you need, the host had prepared full fridge of snacks (bread cheese eggs honey) equivalent for 2 days breakfast..amazed! location is great too, close to super nice beach (iero and agiogiorgis, and faros), close to drakano tower and you can easily hike around faros

Staff was gracious, Villa is Spacious, and on a quiet street, breakfast was awesome, the pool very nice, 5 mins to the airport. Just 5 mins drive to the beach, which also has good restaurants. EASY drive to Aghios Kirkios and Therma, AND Drakano's Tower (very narrow, cliffside, gravel road - best with car that has some clearance and low gear,)

The location is right in the heart of the Therma area, with restaurants, taverns and Therma all within walking distance. Even it’s the old style hotel but the bed is very comfortable and has everything you need for a good stay. The owner is kind and welcoming!

Beautiful and peaceful place. We really were able to relax. The people in the village and especially the host was so inviting and warm. Very good experience!

The hotel is in a prime location — peaceful yet close to the village center. The area is amazing, especially with the nearby beach and thermal waters, which gave us both fun and relaxation.

We travelled with our 4 year old for a family vacation. We liked everything about xanthoula's house. It was an excellent experience. We will definitely revisit.
