Amazing place, super friendly staff, clean and specious rooms, perfect breakfast served on our terrace at any time you choose. Above all - Giannis’s spot-on beach and restaurant recommendations, which saved us the trouble of searching for great places ourselves. We liked it all very much.

Everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect. The room was spacious and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and felt relaxed throughout the holiday.

Kochyli Studios was a little piece of heaven in an otherwise quiet, unremarkable town. The professionalism of the hosts and the entire staff made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was fresh and delicious, the ambience calm and inviting, and the location perfect, just steps from the beach. Our experience would have been completely different if we had stayed anywhere else in Nea Plagia.

The host and all the staff were very responsive, kind and polite. The studio was fully equipped, spacious, clean and tidy.

The host was very welcoming with a big smile. The apartment is 30 seconds from the beach (with many beach bars and taverns). In the center of Flogita but in very quietly street (20m there is gyro shop, 50m bakery, 50m mini market). Apartment (ground floor) had everything. Full kitchen with dish shampoo, sponges, toaster, tee maker, Nespresso + capsules, big fridge, 2 AC (bedroom and living room), big comfy beds with full sheets, 2 balconies (front and back with mosquito nets). Toilet full equipped with soap, toilet paper, shampoos, towels, room slippers, hair dryer. Hot water with high pressure all the time. The cleanliness was on high level. The Wi-Fi is Starlink with 200Mbps download stable high speed. When we arrived they left us waters, bottle of wine, coffee Nespresso and 2 chocolates and juices for my kids. To be honest this might be the best apartment I have been in Greece. Bonus the Villa is brand new and has elevator and disable entrance. Would definitely come back. They know what is tourism hospitality. Overall 100/100 score.

The apartment is located in a quiet part of Nea Flogita, just 3 minutes from the nearest sandy beach. It is a modern and fully equipped apartment with a kitchen and a bedroom with the most comfortable mattress and pillows. The internet is excellent. Special thanks to the host Maria who was always kind and available at all times.

Great space for larger groups. Everything was extremely clean and functional. Each room has its own AC unit, five (5!) units in total, so even though the room is a duplex with the upper floor being the top floor it was always cool and comfortable, even during the hottest days. Spacious balcony with a large table and plenty of seating, it was quite hot even in the afternoon during our stay so we didn't use it as mush as we would have otherwise. Large living room with plenty of space, comfortable seating and a large TV. Each bedroom also has its own TV but we never actually used them, only the one in the living room. As far as the amenities go, there are mosquito nets on all windows and doors, there's a large washing machine and even a dishwasher, a couple hairdryers, an iron with an ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. For the location, there's a medium sized well stocked supermarket 5 minutes away and the beach is around 5-10 minutes away. Also, one thing we've noticed was the excellent sound isolation, we never heard any neighbors or the outside. All in all a great place for a vacation with family or friends.
