You notice the hotel the second you arrive by ferry — it’s one of the biggest buildings around and sits proudly at the top of the hill overlooking the port. We decided to walk there with all of our luggage, including a 20kg suitcase, which sounded like a great idea for about three minutes. After that we quickly realised the walk is actually quite long and especially steep, as you have to conquer quite a few elevation meters. Definitely recommend taking a taxi or renting a scooter/car instead (the prices around town are very reasonable, and your legs will thank you later). The whole property is extremely well maintained, spotless, and just feels nice the moment you walk in. The rooms are spacious and equipped with basically everything you might need: toiletries, loads of towels, hair dryer, iron, kettle, toaster, all kinds of glasses and little extras that make the stay more comfortable. They’ve clearly thought things through. Even the minibar prices (at least for water and chocolate ) were surprisingly reasonable, which honestly feels rare these days. The breakfast was exceptionally good — abundant, very diverse, and made with high quality, tasty ingredients. Everything was beautifully and thoughtfully presented and it really stood out in the best way. It is also served in a very pleasant way, with everything brought directly to your individual table. The host was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, which made us feel at home right away. The view over the city is also beautiful, and it would really be the cherry on top if one day the breakfast area could be moved to the rooftop. A couple of small things could make the stay even better: bigger beds, mosquito screens on the windows, and maybe hair conditioner since they already provide pretty much everything else anyway. The mosquitoes treated me like an all-you-can-eat buffet during the night.

The House was excellent, Self catering. But the kitchen ahd whatever you could need. Microwave, oven, Breaf Toaster a big fridge and enough cutlety, glasses and plated for everyone. If you wish to get around, you definitely need a car but the house has a very convenient parking

We were upgraded to the luxury suite with the jacuzzi so our comments refer to this apartment. Inauspicious start as there was no one on site ( we had missed a message due to not having a phone signal ). Luckily a neighbour called Eva, the owner and we were soon inside. It was definitely the most spacious and luxurious place we stayed. The apartment has all the usual amenities plus a washing machine and as mentioned a jacuzzi. The kitchenette is very well equipped so full self catering would be possible if desired. The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor with its own aircon and plenty of storage and hanging space for clothes. Large sitting area with a separate aircon plus an equally large terrace with table and chairs, deck chairs and hanging chairs. En suite was good with the shower in a cubicle with both an overhead and hand held shower option. On arrival we were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine and a range of provisions in the fridge and cupboard. There was even decaffeinated coffee. We didn't bother hiring a car but it is a ten minute walk from the hospital bus stop or a 5 euros taxi ride from the port. Space for parking if you choose to hire a car. Although we didn't meet the owner Eva is in close contact via phone messages.

Very cozy and newly renovated apartment with everything you need. The jacuzzi on the balcony is the highlight.

Nikolas was a friendly and helpful host who welcomed me to the property in immaculate condition. The property had two brand-new televisions, a sofa-bed, dining table, a desk with a power socket, a wardrobe, ample towers and bed linen, a full set of kitchen utensils, and a parking space immediately outside. I was able to cook throughout my stay, and work remotely via the house's wifi. I recommend the property as offering exceptional value for money in Pothia, situated a 15 minute drive from Masouri's beaches and climbing sectors.

Amazing views, great concept of the balconies so that you can always find a shady place to eat outside. Equipped with taste and great value for the money! We would definitely come back
