Service was very friendly and personable. Very attentive. Breakfast buffet unavailable due to season and being almost exclusive guests so hotel made personal breakfast for us. Very thoughtful. Rooms are very nice and view is great of bay and beach. Best location in town.

The room was excellent, very clean with a very good air condition. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The location was great near the village center and 5 minutes walk from the beach.

It was everything we saw in the pictures and more. Quiet area and close to the beach makes for a great time in Greece! Our second time there, and we'd go again in a heartbeat.

Very clean & comfortable room with elevator ( even has a defent size balcony). Within a stones throw from the town center and the beach. Awesome sea view and abundant parking everywhere. Great shops and restaurants all around. The owner and staff were great. John ( the owner) was very accommodating , helpful , genuine, honest and cooperative. The prices very honest and competitive for the location of the property. Definitely an awesome staying experience. Will stay there again for sure. Five stars all around.👏👏👏👏👏

We stayed at Arokaria Studio, named after the beautiful tree that stands tall next to the terrace, for 3 nights in early May 2026. The studio was extremely clean, thoughtfully and tastefully designed and it's clear Despina and her mother put their heart, soul and alot of thought into creating the space. The studio was equipped with everything you might need, including scissors, a sharp knife, and most importantly, ouzo glasses and an ice tray! Outside, the spacious terrace looks onto a cliff face with many beautiful flowers, and a sea view beyond- the perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning and a glass of something in the evening. There's an outdoor, warm shower there too - perfect for rinsing down after a day at the beautiful beach. As others have mentioned, and Despina has stated on booking.com - there are many steps to get to the studio but that was not a problem for us (working off those extra calories from lunch!), but could be a challenge for those less mobile. Despina was a great host, kind, caring, thoughtful and interesting and we really enjoyed her company. A solid 10 from us, thank you Despina 😊

We had a fantastic experience with the accommodation, as well as with the reception and hospitality of the staff. The house has an amazing view, is very comfortable, very clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a very quiet yet central area. I highly recommend it without any hesitation!!

The only reason why I put that the pictures of the rooms were not fully accurate to the rooms is because the rooms were actually better than the pictures ! We loved every moment of being there. A beautiful view out of the balcony, comfortable beds, clean and very convenient for a summer stay. The owner was extremely hospitable and understandable ! She helped us understand how things worked, and even had some homemade jam in the fridge (we loved it. It was exceptionally good). Overall it was perfect for us, especially when the summer heat got too unbearable — the AC saved our lives. In a nutshell: Very comfortable, good for the price, convenient, beautiful and pleasing to the eye. Thank you so much for having welcomed us there !
