The staff was great solving different situations

My room had a huge luxurious bathtub, and I ate breakfast each day in their garden. The staff was more than kind.

Nice rooms but it's cold in this city, so dress appropriately. Really great staff and the dining experience is amazing. Great beds too!

All good but breakfast in the room was nice

It was hearty. Our group shared 2 plates between 4 people, including 2 kids. It was a traditional Guatemalan breakfast and we LOVED IT!!!

Very close to the center, lot of dining options. We were so close that we could hear the celebrations that went in the center. Luckily they stopped at about 10pm. Room spacious, great bed, shower, towels. Not big breakfast but more than enough. Staff very welcoming and helpful

Budget friendly and close to the mall. Clean and gets the job done, The restaurant breakfast was the best I had ever had.

I loved everything about my stay. Bed was confortable, it had netflix and disney+, I was given keys to enter the hotel, my room and my own restroom, the hotel is beautiful in the inside, breakfast was good, José was great since day 1, kind and communicative.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel has great location and a lot of parking. They have a restaurant that offers breakfast and dinner. They also have roomservice.

The hostel is a really good option to stay if you do not want to spend too much money, the room I stayed was shared with about 8 more people, but it does not feel uncomfortable, they even let me park my bike inside.

Excellent location, close to restaurants. Stephanie was the person in charge, and she did everything smoothly, outstanding service. Whoever hired her, did a great job.

Diana is a gift at this hotel - she is knowledgeable and engaging, and so happy to help. She is engaged, and her enthusiasm is natural - this young woman really should work for herself when she gets the chance! (Management take note for her next raise evaluation!) The hotel is fairly priced, very clean, has sufficient storage on the room and the bathroom has a shelf to put one’s things. The shower took a while to get warm, which is standard here - but once warm, it stayed warm - and the water pressure is excellent. The courtyard is beautiful at night, with white lights illuminating the area - quite romantic. The common bathrooms were kept very clean and the staff were all very gracious, accommodating and hard working. It isn’t five star - but it has a lot going for it! I slept comfortably and love that my window opened. It is very close to the plaza, so a hop, skip and a jump to restaurants, cafes, banks, etc. Diana also gave us good recommendations for food. A job well done!

only stayed for 2 nights but was a cool place! nice kitchen, bathrooms were clean, nice outdoor garden area as well. location is walking distance to pretty much everything, very close to main park where most events are.

I loved this place! I had a room with a private bathroom, and there was a communal kitchen. Everything was simple but very clean. It was just four blocks from the central park. The family that lived there was delightful! The other guests were also friendly, and everyone seemed to convene in the kitchen to chat and prepare food. If you are looking for thd opportunity to really get to know a Guatemalan family, this is the place to stay! For me, the best thing about Guatemala is the people, and this family was charming. For English-speaking guests, you might want to know that the adults spoke only a little English, but the kids spoke it pretty well. I will definitely stay at Casa I'X anytime I stop in Xela. .

It was very clean, very quiet. The rooms are internal, but really comfortable. The rooftop has a nice view and it’s perfect to chill or work. The kitchen is equipped enough.
