LOCATION WAS GOOD EVENTHOUGH QUITE BUSY BUT I LOVE THE ENVINRONEMNT & LOCATION .THE BEST PART SO NEAR TO INDO MARET & LOCAL FOOD

Accommodation was good value 👌 and situated in a excellent location and I will always choose planet hotel.

The receptionist was all kind only the room that given the door need to repair cause hard for us to close and open and the tv was not that good sometimes ok sometimes not

We had a wonderful stay and were genuinely impressed by the excellent customer service. From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel comfortable with the facility right away. A special mention to Ms. Nana, the hotel manager, who truly stood out — she even remembered our names from the day we checked in, which added a very personal and thoughtful touch to our experience. It’s worth noting that this property was originally a spa and has only been operating as a spa-hotel for about a year. The hotel is still very new and fresh, and it shows in the cleanliness and overall upkeep. Do note that only a few rooms have windows, which is something to consider depending on your preference. Breakfast is not a buffet yet, as the hotel is still new, but guests can choose their preferred cuisine upon check-in — English, Chinese, or Indonesian breakfast — which we found to be a nice and flexible option. Overall, this is a great choice if you’re looking for a luxurious-feeling stay while still staying within budget. We’d definitely recommend it and would happily stay here
