The host is so welcoming and very responsive to any issues. They provided water bottles for multiple days and some snacks (something rarely seen). The unit itself is probably the cleanest of all my other Gold Coast stays. I would come back and stay in this unit again, especially knowing the host is very responsive and helpful.

The room was nicely decorated for kids, and my 2 y.o. son was so excited to play there. The toys, books, projector, and slide with a small ball pool were a lot of fun. My kids especially loved the toothbrush provided at the property. The outdoor swimming pool was also nice. Around the apartment, there are plenty of restaurants, but unfortunately, it’s not very convenient to walk to them. By car (about 5 minutes), you can reach the Pantjoran or Batavia area, where you’ll find even more dining options.

My second time staying here. Great service as always. One thing to add - even though the breakfast starts at 2:30am, because we had to leave earlier than this, they prepared a takeaway bag for us, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch.

The breakfast buffet is great, the upstairs cafe is nice for cocktails and a smaller more personal meal option, and the outdoor pool area is perfect for relaxing, visiting, cooling off, and having a drink. The distance from the airport is short but the hotel feels far away and is quiet and maintains a beautiful environment. The work out gym is especially helpful for recovering from long plane rides and jetlag.
