The staff was so kind and helpful! We stayed here after a week on Derawan Island because it is close to the airport. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had to leave super early the next morning and the staff thoughtfully organized breakfast boxes to go for us! Also, my husband tried to order a Grab at 5 am but no drivers were available. The receptionist helped us by calling us a taxi to the airport. He saved us from missing our flight and having a lot of stress! I would 100% stay here again!

Very clean, close to everywhere such as airport, harbor, and restaurants, just a few minutes by grab taxis. The bath room is big and equipped with hot water shower. They support free transportation to the airport, even at 6:00am, that really helped! Staff were really nice, English communication was great.
