Super clean and cute hotel. Breakfast wasn’t self serve- it was off a menu and not super great. But very nice staff and beautiful facility.

The location was very good and the room was large and comfortable. The breakfast news made to order and a great value.

The room facing the river was exquisite. The air conditioning was easy to control and we had a fantastic time just hanging out on the balcony watching the river Shannon.

The staff were very accommodating when we requested a last minute change to our booking to accommodate our son who was joining us. Dinner in the restaurant was convenient and pleasant.

Basic rooms that serve the purpose

The place is very clean. The set up Of the rooms makes it very quiet. The kitchen well equipped and spacious. What tops up everything, is the staff. I have been doing hostels for 3 years all over the world and they compare to Japan, which should be an excellent indicative.

Exceptional value for city centre. Clean, comfortable, perfect for an overnight stay. Free parking too!

Everything! It was so pretty when we arrived the manager met us and was absolutely lovely!!! Our room was beautiful and very clean. Our meals were perfect and the staff and service were impeccable! I can’t say enough, it’s a lovely little hotel and we would definitely return

This property is off the beaten path but still only a short distance into Limerick. The host is kind and friendly. The room we stayed in was very large, with a sitting area, comfortable bed, high quality linens and a private en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is available for cooking and was easy to navigate. If you enjoy staying in a casual and homey guesthouse this is a great choice.

We enjoyed being out of town, but still close to it. The house and our room were lovely. Our host was friendly and helpful too.

Location is walking distance to many restaurants and pubs. On site parking was a plus. Host was very responsive answering questions.

It has 2 bedrooms. It also has a washer & dryer. (Dryer does not work. Spins, but does not dry)
