Pictures speak for themselves, charming, colourful, and comfortable. For those who want there is a private outdoor space in the back. As soon as I stepped into the house I was greeted by Noreen. I must say that I’ve never felt as welcome anywhere in Ireland. Beds as comfortable as any I’ve been in, a quiet evening sat out in the gardens and a first class breakfast finished off my stay. Fishing the Blackwater, Ballyrafter House is the perfect location to access the many beats available. I can’t wait to get back soon.
