Hyatt Haridwar delivered a consistently high standard. Breakfast was delicious and well organised, with a good spread and staff who were attentive without being intrusive. Cleanliness was top tier, everything felt fresh, tidy, and well cared for. The team’s professionalism and hospitality really elevated the stay. Helpful, respectful, and quick to assist. A very comfortable and well managed hotel.

The room was beautifully designed and spotless.Temple within the hotel premises, private and clean ghat for Ganga snan, graceful Sandhya Ganga aarti performed by the temple priests and soothing live music/singing during the entire day helped elevate the overall experience and created a divine vibe. Exceptional service, the entire staff was super helpful, positively responsive and always smiling - Any requests we made were handled quickly and professionally.. special mention for Ms.Jyoti. The buffet spreads offered a great variety and the flavours were perfectly balanced. And above all the location was absolutely perfect. Thankyou to the entire staff for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality💕

Sukoon is a perfect location for us, close to Anandamayi Ashram and right on the Ganga. Peaceful view out to the river. Clean and quiet. Staff eager to fulfill our needs. Comfortable, soft bed.

Good hotel to stay near railway station

"I had a very disappointing and concerning stay at this hotel. Most importantly, there was an exposed electrical junction box in the room that was not properly covered, which is a major safety risk. Regarding cleanliness, the hygiene was unacceptable. The bed sheets were not changed before my check-in. Even after I requested a change, the staff only replaced the linens on the single bed. I repeatedly asked for the double bed sheets and blanket to be changed; they claimed it was done, but the bedding remained visibly dirty and had a foul odor. Between the lack of sanitation and the electrical hazards, I cannot recommend this hotel." ..

This is a new property with all the required amenities, amazing facilities as per the cost. The owner is very helpful and caring. Would definitely recommend this place for a wonderful and cozy stay

I really liked the room quality it was awesome, spacious, and very well maintained. The washroom and floors were extremely neat and clean, which made the stay even better. Cleanliness was top class. The owner is very humble and understanding, always ready to help. The host is also very polite and cooperative. The receptionist was very humble, nice, and professional. The hospitality provided by the entire team was excellent. Overall, I loved the cleanliness, comfort, and the respectful behavior of the staff. It was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
