It's a brand new property. They've done a great job with the aesthetics of the place to get a nice and comfortable vibe. They also have a dedicated workstation for those on a workation. The staff is very polite and respectful. Met a set of fantastic people at the property who made my stay super memorable.

We stayed at Regalia Resorts in Goa for four days and three nights, from February 23rd to 26th, and it was amazing. The resort is really close to Ashwem Beach, just a 2-minute walk, so we could easily enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Our room had a great view of the pool and beach, and the staff were super nice and helpful. They made sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay. The resort is well looked after and has a nice restaurant with a view of the sea and pool. The food was delicious throughout our stay, especially the vegetarian options. Although some rooms require climbing stairs, the beautiful views from the sea-facing rooms made it worth it. The staff's amazing kindness, shown by how they happily helped with special requests like making baby food as per our requirement for our 2 year old daughter, made our stay even better. Overall, our time at Regalia Resorts was fantastic. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay near Ashwem Beach, with tasty food and friendly staff.

Property is right on the beach. View from king size room is mind-blowing. It is worth every single penny. Nice and clean room, polite and courteous staff. Excellent room servicing. Tasty and quality food. TV had Netflix and other OTT platforms active subscription. Supermarket and goan food restaurants are nearby.

The property is fabulous, nestled in the green forest just 1 km from the ashwem beach The staff is very accomodating and makes your feel right at home - no matter the time of day or night. Would definitely recommend this as the best property in the north of goa

Loved our stay at Echor La Blanca, Mandrem! The location is peaceful yet close to beautiful beaches, the pool was perfect for relaxing, and the staff were super friendly. Great food and overall a lovely vibe – highly recommend! ☀️🏖️

Mitra Homes is just a quick walk from the beach, which made my mornings perfect. Great cafe and local restaurants nearby made it even better
