The hotel Lords inn in Rajkot stated that they had received no reservation on my name from Booking. Com. As a result I was given no room and I had to search for a room in another hotel. Even when I showed them the confirmation paper from Booking. Com they said it was a mistake made by booking. Com. I urge Booking.com . to take up this matter urgently with the hotel. I should be compensated for the harassment, and the immense difficulty I faced looking for another place. All hotels were full in the city of Rajkot. I found a place in a hotel 50 km away. Please reply to my concern and to this complaint of mine. This matter should be taken up with the hotel.

Good hotel to stay in rajkot

We were there for 3 nights and had a an excellent time. Breakfast and Dinner was superb!! Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and polite.

Breakfast was good. The location was great. Overall a good place to stay. Maybe the rates were high.

My stay at Hotel Nova Viva was simply wonderful 🌟 The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable 🤝. Rooms were spacious & well maintained 🛏️, food was fresh & flavorful 🍽️. A great choice for a relaxing stay 💯✨.

In this winter when temperature was quite low, water coming out was ice cold in the late evening as well as in the morning. I could not attend the meeting, as no water was flowing in the faucet, as the staff, according to the reception, had forgotten to switch on the motor to transfer the water in overhead tank. There was a big chaos... The service was poor. Property is well maintained. Rooms good. Floors clean but the infrastructure needs to improve.
