Good hospitality. Good staffs. But expensive. Doesn’t worth for the value we pay. Can choose as last option in such emergency situations.

Hotel stay is excellent and maintains very clean and beautiful green and flowers. Staff are very friendly, starting from reception , Ayush has helped us with checkin and checkout process and was able to help us with early check-in and explain all the activities and features that property offers. Restaurant staff are velu friendly and food is high quality and tasty, bit pricey but understandable as the High end property should offer. Overall my stay is very good and I've thoroughly enjoyed it.

The staff was very courteous, rooms very beautiful and specious , beautiful British architecture of the property gives unique experience, walls of the hallway are adored with old newspaper articles dating back to 1898 reading them was fascinating experience. The property is well placed from city centre. Overall I loved the experience, food , and will recommend it to everyone

I am traveling solo. I had a reservation for another hotel, but when I got there the room smelled so bad I could not stay. I left and started to walk into hotels, but 2 of them rejected me because I was not Indian. Otter 2 properties just said they were completely booked, not sure it was true. So, i reserved one night in the ooty suites. Mr Ahar was very kind and helpful; he helped me reserved tickets and made sure I was safe. I stayed in this property 5 nights.

Location, staff specially the travel desk is of outstanding help. Mr Gerald is a gem of a person who helped plan the iternary for us and provided his local experience in all possible ways. He is well versed with all the spots and showed us few extra outside of our plan.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. No disruption to WIFI and high speed. Hot water in the morning. Order breakfast or dinner. couple of restaurants next door. Close to lake.
