Location on beach was great! The food was amazing!

Location is great! Walk to beach, park across the street with occasional entertainment, loved the balcony, walk to bars and restaurants. Private parking, very clean, staff very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent.

Superb breakfast, close to the perfect beach, umbrella and bed at the beach included, very clean and nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Babies friendly place. Parking.

It's nice to have more vegetables for breakfast menu. Fruits are ok: )

The hotel was extremely clean, comfortable and peaceful. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxing. The location was also convenient.

The HCV is located very close to the beach and they have their sun umbrellas/beach chairs to rent/book. The HCV rooms have AC, very important in July/August.

It’s a wonderful location if you want to spend time at the beach - which is what we wanted most of all. There’s a pool which looks very nice and had some families using it if that’s something you enjoy. It was quiet at night and easy to find street parking. No complaints.

The location was very convenient. It is a short walk to the city center and to the beaches.This is a studio apartment that had everything we needed including a large bed, a full sized shower, and a small kitchenette we enjoyed cooking in so we werent always eating out. It even has a washer and two balconies. The hosts were friendly and very helpful, recommending good restaurants (including a very good one right down the street), telling us how to get to the beach, and telling us about a lovely musical event we really enjoyed. Each member of the family helped us at some point during our stay. They could not be nicer. They live in the building and were very responsive to any questions We had a car and never had an issue finding parking on the same block the apartment is on. We enjoyed short drives into beautiful nearby towns, Atri and Citta Sant'Angelo.
