Great location in Selva. Easy access to great hikes and sites in Val Gardena. Clean, comfortable and helpful hosts.

Super friendly staff and a great location – straight from the ski room onto the piste and back. Nice sauna, wonderful breakfast, and really comfortable rooms. It’s a bit uphill and about a 9-minute walk to the center, but honestly, the views from the rooms are worth it. I’d say some of the best in town.

The building, room, fittings, amenities are all like new, fully functional and in pristine condition. Needless to say, spotless clean everywhere. Great garage at 5€. Breakfast is abundent, varied and of good quality. Herbert the host and his daughter running the place are very nice, hospitable and helpful. I loved it so much that I would not hesitate to return.

The location is ideal, offering easy access to the surrounding area while still being convenient and family-friendly. The hosts were welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always available if needed and eager to ensure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and thoughtfully maintained place to stay. We would gladly return!

Our host Anna was so gracious and hospitable. The breakfasts were perfect and the rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. We loved our stay here.

The apartment has its own access via elevator, and staircase. It is spacious and well equipped. The host was gracious and very attentive. We enjoyed our time in Val Gardena staying here. Highly recommended. Despar supermarket is few minutes away, and you get a bus card for your stay that covers your transportation around the areas nearby.

Loved everything about this place. Walter was very quick to respond, the apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and great location-close to store, shopping, lifts/gondolas and parking. Incredible views and so many little details and amenities. Highly recommend!!
