Accommodations in Sora

Great hotel in a village near to Frosinone, with a famous restaurant downstairs. I stayed here between Rome and Naples as I found the Ristorante Mingone on Michelin Guide and wanted to have a great meal that night. Excellent food (get the rigatoni alla Mingone) and very comfortable accommodation. They asked if I wanted to stay in the main building or the annex and I chose the annex. Huge apartment with big windows and balconies. It was night when I arrived but woke up to some fantastic views of the town.

We were at the Organic Yoga Farm for a short 4-night stay. This is a beautiful Italian countryside relatively undiscovered. We loved morning Yoga classes on the outdoor platform in the forest under the rising sun with the kind and graceful yoga teacher Ana. Nourishing vegetarian and abundant organic meals prepared by volunteers with homemade olive oil and wine family-style served were delicious! The highlights for us were an amazing trail hiking trip in the Abruzzi NationalPark along a gorge to the waterfalls, a silent meditation hike to the local village, and a dip in a cold lake (Riserva Naturale Lago di Posta Fibreno), hiking Marra Hill Loop Trail in the forest on the Farm, one-hour sound bath session and horseback riding along a river. On our last evening, we participated in a fire ceremony event held to support transformation and healing. The idea is to come into awareness, honor the challenges (gifts) we have received, and release belief structures that no longer serve us for the fire to consume and transform. It was compelling and quite liberating. We loved the Mediterranean forest and enjoyed hanging out with the volunteers and lovely, like-minded people from all over the globe. So grateful for the hospitality! Grazie dal piuprofondo del cuore!

Our hosts were generous and gracious. The property was beautiful and well maintained and the restaurant in the hotel was delicious.

Beautiful inside and out with a wonderful restaurant for dinner and awesome wines made by the chef. Our waiter didn’t speak English, but he was excellent in every way and patient with our translator app.

Very clean and in a very good location. The staff were super friendly.

This place is quite new as they have been operating for around 1.5 years. The room was clean and cozy. Fridge and even safe are included. The furniture is new. The kitchen was well-equipped, having coffee machine and stuff required to prepare a meal. The host was very friendly, kind, and helpful 🫶🏼.

It’s very well located in the city center, I took the princess room which was in the last floor and it had a beautiful view of the city. You have all you need for breakfast and a great shower. This room also allows 2 more guest in the second room. It’s a cozy nice welcoming bed.

Central location. Plenty of street parking. Great host. Felt like a hotel, not an Airbnb. Very clean, spacious and very modern. Plenty of A/C. Simply fantastic, will go again.

A fantastic three-level property situated right in the heart of old Sora this property is perfect for singles or couples. With the bedroom and en-suite on the top floor, you have a bonus bathroom on the ground floor - this saved me a couple of times as I rushed for the bathroom! With a kitchenette and great brekkie snacks provided by the host - I would highly recommend this place for anyone travelling to Sora or surrounds.

Location was great - right in central part of old town - the address or location needs to be corrected as the map apps direct you down the road a bit and there are MANY river rock steps to navigate .
