The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was amazing, especially the spa on the balcony.

Very clean and nice hot outdoor bath although I’m not sure if it’s an authentic onsen.

Amazing relaxed feeling with top tier service. They have the best suite I’ve ever stayed at that includes a sauna, private onsen, and cold plunge. The included meal was one of the best I’ve ever had.

Beautiful room with lovely views. Wonderful to stay on the island overnight and experience the woods, torii gates and walks late at night and n the morning. Fantastic breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend booking dinner and breakfast. Gorgeous views. Lots of snacks in the hotel lobby, relaxing places to wait for checkin and out. Walk to everything - food, ferry, temple and gates. Wonderful ambience. Don't just catch the ferry for the day - stay on the island It's unforgettable.

We stayed in the deluxe room with a private onsen (spa bath). The setup of the room was fantastic with a small shower before the onsen to quickly hop in and out of the bath throughout the day. The location is a 5 minute walk from the water which means it's nice and quiet away from the bars. It's also a short walk to the Itsukushima Jinja. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel, both were fantastic all you can eat buffets and with our room we had a special hot plate of abalone and vegetables cooked at our table which was delicious. The onsen was already being filled by the time we got to our room and operated without issue while we were there. Room had plenty of amenities and the drinks in the mini bar were all complimentary. There are plenty of good places to eat near by and a convince store within the hotel. I'm unsure why this place has as low of a rating as it does. It was a fantastic stay and I wished we stayed longer.

All the facilities are exceptional - free drink corner, yukatas are gorgeous 2 type for men and 4/5 for women. The public onsen bath is amazing, with excellent view toward the Miyajima island, good for welcoming the sunrise! Rooms are spacious, the only downside is the bath does not have a bathtub, but it's also quite small shower room.

The view is amazing. The facilities were nice, the room was comfortable, and we had no issues getting around from this location.

We had a problem with our first room, it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, they very quickly changed rooms for us, it ended up being the upgraded room. Thank you for taking care of us!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable beds, Nicely equipped kitchen and lounge, with even video games and mangas. Free towel for showering. Very close to Mijayima ferry station.

Everything was great. I would love to live in a place like this. It was incredibly comfy and clean. It was also great that there was a tub to soak in so there was no need to go to an onsen. Lighting was good. The TV stand allowed us to watch from both the sofa and the couch Checkin was relatively easy. All good things.

Such a nice place and value for money from the views to the amenities and even though the staff didn’t speak much English was super helpful I even stayed pass the checkout time and they were very accommodating

The location was fantastic! So close to the two train stations and the ferry pier. The room was clean and had everything we needed, and I was able to get assistance almost immediately when we couldn't get wifi access.

The comfort and spacing, the and showers were amazing.

It is relaxing, comfortable, quite and clean with beautiful ocean view. The best location for every need.

The place itself is amazing — the photos don’t do it justice. There were also some nice surprises that the kids loved (various games). It’s also great that the fridge is stocked with drinks you can buy. The only thing I might change is in the separate room — I’d put a slightly bigger bed there, or swap it with one of the larger beds in the living room.
