Accommodations in Hitachi

Nice older hotel, standard Japanese place. Clean, very helpful accommodating staff.

The staff was incredibly friendly. And the breakfast was delicious. For two mornings I had the western style and tried the Japanese style on the third day. All were amazing. The location is so convenient as well. It's a short walk to Hitachi station and the Hitachi Civic Center as well as a small mall with a good court . Go to Tobiten Tempura if you go. One of the best tempura places I've ever gone to

Breakfast is fine. Not the fanciest, but satisfying. The location was good too. The best part is the staff. They were all very helpful, attending right there, quick response and very courteous.

We spent one night and it was our first one in the country. The hotel is clean and the staff was very welcoming. There is also complimentary tea and coffee at the entrance. The room was not the biggest we have been to but it was spotless with a very comfortable bed and it was pretty quiet at night. Around the hotel you can also easily walk and there are restaurants and shops nearby. We arrived at the hotel with the car and even though there are not many parking spots next to the hotel, the staff pointed us to other 5 locations and they gave us a card that allowed us to leave the car parked for 22 hours for free! Definitely a place I would recommend if you are visiting the area.

Good location, clean with a distinct personality. There was clear care put into the hotel . Japanese style breakfast was tasty. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.
