Accommodations in Kakkonda

The room was spacious and comfortable and the desk was great. The bed was comfortable also. The spa bath and separate shower were gratefully used by us. There was free parking. There's a small kitchenette with limited utensils and a closeby convenience store. The onsite restaurant has good, basic and well priced food. Breakfast choices weren't vast but very adequate.

Nice and clean Onsen is available

This was the nicest hotel I've ever been to. The beautiful entry way, the koi pond flowing through the hotel, the views from the rooms, the bilingual staff, and more. I was thoroughly impressed with the traditional dinner and breakfast. The event space was fun and inviting. The staff was some of the best I experienced on my trip.

Spacious comfortable bed, room was warm and inviting during a snowy winter. Loved the decor! Singing tree in the entrance was hilarious! The unlimited beer on tap that I could pull myself was a pleasant surprise, delicious!! Great food and movie selection. Staff were friendly and helpful. Made my trip to the area perfect! Room is very wide and have a nice view. There is an onsen on site too! Shared toilet is clean. There is an option for breakfast.lots of foot onsen around and a nice view. Buses are not frequent, just be careful if you want to travel around.

Everybody there was so kind. Went above and beyond to make my stay there great. They called cabs for me and made sure the driver knew where I wanted to go. Room was authentic, clean, and well equipped. They brought a nighttime snack which was unexpected and very nice. Breakfast was wonderful. My first time at an onsen but I thought it was great !! My only regret was that my children weren’t with me to enjoy !!

A traditional old Japanese getaway. I was personally received at the bus stop and escorted all the way to my room. I received a high floor room with an incredible view. You will get the best experience but be prepared with the Japanese etiquette. English is available but basic Japanese can make life easier. The Onsen water is unique and has a distinctive smell. It is very big with indoor and beautiful outdoor area.

The price was reasonable It’s best to eat dinner before coming here. Nearest convenience store is 6 minutes away There is a lane near by which was very pretty.

The location is away from town but that's no problem. Its located next to a beautiful lake Gosho. The onsen is wonderful, they don't mind tattoos either, if you have them. Did I mention all you can drink till 10 pm. Dinner is included too! Highly recommend for a wonderful get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The food there was amazing! Multi course dinner was superb! Breakfast was delicious! The staff was exceptional. Highly recommended!

Very simple and comfortable small lovely old hotel. The service was good and the stuff helped us to wear Japanese kimono.
