Accommodations in Kusatsu

The front staff, Mr. Yamada was so nice. He was so nice that he brought a ticket of breakfast to the second floor right after we asked. After a while, we found it was our own mistake that we left one card in the room and went to the restaurant - We do apologize, and appreciated Mr. Yamada's quick reaction with hospitality.

It’s located next to the station. The room is very nice and clean. And the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Everything was neat and tidy and serviceable, in a lively and very central area. Car parking was an extra cost but the car was right outside the front door. Breakfast was also good.

Large room comfortable beds, washing machine, dryer and microwave are there to use. Housekeeping staff were very nice and friendly.

This is the best hotel that we have stayed in so far. The staff is so polite. We booked for only 2 adults and 1 child. For some reason, the day we stayed had to be 3 children. They didn't charge us, but they politely said that the room we booked have a sofa. Some of us can sleep there and be careful not to fall. The morning buffet was so delicious! We really had a great time.

APA standard – everything was exactly as expected. A more affordable and less crowded alternative for visiting Kyoto, while still offering convenient access by train.

Breakfast was surprisingly good! Even though it was served in at a separate venue, it was delicious. Well worth the price of 800 yen! However, they should make the coupons in English for tourists. I would recommend this!
