The staff was very accommodative and polite. They allowed us to check-in earlier wich was very convenient. The apartment was clean and according to the description. Perfect location, has all the needed amenities. Great value for the price, perfect stay for a few days in Kyoto.

An absolute gem in Kyoto. The location is unbeatable, situated 10 minutes from Nishiki Market and surrounded by great dining and shopping. We stayed in a stunning, full-floor apartment that perfectly blends modern luxury with traditional Japanese aesthetics. The private terrace and spa were incredible. We also highly recommend the traditional breakfast served right in the room. A sublime experience overall, we can't wait to come back!

Largest room we have stayed in with everything we needed. Had a sliding door between bedroom and kitchen/bath/washing machine area. Large shower/tub area with door. Got a room on the top 3rd floor. Quiet location. Walking distance to subway and major attractions and Family Mart and a few restaurants. Booked 5 months in advance so we got an excellent price.
