The hotel is very nicely decorated, and the room is really cozy and comfortable. The staff is really friendly, and the breakfast buffet choice is also amazing! Overall we had a very great honeymoon experience here!

Near to bus stop. 7 eleven is just across the street. Near to Nijo Castle and 5 minutes walk to Nijo Park. Staff are accommodating and helpful. Great service.

Awesome hotel close to the bus stations, 7/11 amd Lowen convenient stores. Also a cool market place. The bed was a bit hard but from all the walking you do they feel comfy.

There was an excellent variety of food at breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They loaned me an adapter for my computer. There was access to washing machines and dryers. The location was excellent, right next to a subway line and near the imperial gardens.

I have no complaints, the bed was very comfortable, room was very clean, moreso the bathroom area. The complimentary drinks and water were great, and if you need more the water purifier was just outside the door. I am very particular to cleanliness and this is one of the smaller hotels ive stayed in that makes the cut. its also close by bus stops so no issue there, and the subway is 4 block away which is great. I didnt havw a car so i cant really complain about parking (and i knew it had none beforehand. There was a nearby Breakfast cafe (Yamazaki Coffee) that served up a good coffee, pancakes and Sausage, about 3 mins walk from the hotel, so it was very convenient. Rooms were quiet, climate control was superb and quiet, i would definitely stay there for another time in Kyoto.

It was a perfect place for me for a month in Kyoto. I loved the location. It was so close to amazing local shops and restaurants. There are many bus lines and the Enmachi station within walking distance. The bed was super comfortable. The washing machine on the balcony was a lifesaver for all of the clothes that got sweaty in the hot, humid summer weather. I will absolutely return here in the future. I love this place!

The house was very nice. It was a great Japanese experience. The bathrooms are on the outside, but there are heaters inside that automatically turn on when you enter. Bidet seats are also warmed. The futons were quite comfortable. I'm a 185 lb man and slept soundly. The stove heats up super quick, especially good for boiling. There's a grocery store less than 5 min walk away. Rooms are heated very well. The yard is beautiful and gives a nice zen feel. Real close to Nijo Castle and Gyoen national park. Also very close to bus lines, vending machines and breakfast spots.

Great place to stay! It’s clean, and the staff are very polite and kind. All the facilities are available, and there’s a lounge area where you can make coffee or tea and enjoy some sweets. It’s also in a great location for sightseeing.

Clean, easy checkin, excellent location, all the supplies were nice, and laundry area was provided. Great for short or long a stays.Two toilets in the room w 4 beds. And a sitting area with room for more if needed. Close to trains.
