Right on the water and easy to walk to restaurants, convenience store, and beach!

The location of this hotel was exceptional. The breakfast was absolutely some of the best that I had in Japan - complete with homemade breads, granola, and more. The staff was also very kind to us, even for those folks that there was a language barrier. I honestly just loved this place!

The jacuzzi and patio are the best.

Extremely friendly host. Remote Japanese village with polite people. The house was super clean and cozy. It was a great place to rest and enjoy nature and take a break from the chaotic cities of Japan. The host provided a car for travelling around which was beyond my mind. You'll have mountains and beaches around you. Please make sure you stay a few days. You won't regret it.

The best view from the room, you can not hope any better. You can see the sea, the sunrise and the moonlight. Absolutely best you can get. "Onsen" was not any complicated to attend and the staff at the reception was very kind. Even though the building has seen its best days, the atmosphere is cozy.

Great location on beach right on our around-Shikoku bike route. We were going to camp there on Shirahama, but it was raining sideways, so I reserved online from the nice Michi-no-eki nextdoor, which has nice teishoku. The hotel’s exterior has aged since photos here, grime-streaked and shabby-looking, but it was fine inside with extremely friendly and helpful front-desk person. She instructed us to park our bike in the foyer out of the rain. Very comfy tatami room. Yummy breakfast bento included in reasonable price.
