Friendly staff with easy parking and clean rooms. Well run typical business hotel.

After staying at this hotel I will now exclusively stay at this particular chain “Route Inn” from now on. I enjoyed absolutely everything they had to offer. The on site onsen was so comfortable. The relaxation room was always kept clean and the vending machines fully stocked. The location was very convenient for my family and friends.

Affordable, clean, safe! I got a smoking room and was worried about that - but there was no smell at all. Gotta love Japan!

What a cool place! There were so many opportunities to taste the beer that was brewed locally on-site. From the drinks bar at check-in to the tasting room open all day to the all-you-can-drink plan at dinner, the hotel was really quite generous with their liquid offerings. Even non-drinkers are accommodated with plenty of alcohol-free options. We also liked that they had multiple private baths on site. The main onsen were also quite nice. The food was fantastic and the beef served at dinner was some of the best I've had.

The location near to the JR station was fantastic

We loved this getaway. It is a wonderful traditional onsen resort. The staff was amazing! When we came back from dinner, they had made up our futon beds and we were grateful because we are from Canada and we would not have known how to do it. Also, the breakfast was amazing! 10/10!! I have included a picture.

Room was bigger than other places

Everything was perfect. The staff were accommodating and very gracious. The food was excellent.

I loved that they had designated times that you could interact with the property manager (which was a cat). I also really enjoyed the traditional Japanese experience, my room felt like I was walking into an olden day Japanese castle. The dining experience was also exceptional. It felt very homey and overall was an amazing experience worth the price paid.

Perfect service, absolutely clean, delicious food. Beautiful architecture

It was such a lovely experience to spend our night at Hohoemino Kuyufu Tsuruya. All staff are friendly with warm smiles, as its name 😊 It is very clean. I am very impressed when I see the lady at the front desk even clean the suitcases’ wheels for us before guiding us to the room. The food and services were excellent. Especially with the food, they are very careful with the preparation, since we have some food restrictions. It is also close to Yamadera. Therefore, I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to spend the night near Yamadera.

The staff was very friendly. I wanted to make dinner reservations and the staff attempted to call different restaurants for me.

Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. I enjoyed both their Western style breakfast items, like their croissants and pastries, but especially loved their Japanese menu items and mineral eggs. It was very convenient to have breakfast on the property, and the eating area had a lovely view of the garden.

Breakfast is good but with limited choices, it would be good if we have more varieties but overall its very satisfied
