Accommodations in Yokosuka

Clean, great view, good stuff.

Location is really great. Couple minutes away from train station and mall!

Clean and quiet. The view is refreshing from my balcony.

Closer to everywhere especially to the station

Breakfast was traditional Japanese - wonderful.

The first time I stayed, I never received any information on the room number and how to get in so I was downstairs in the lobby for hours, they came around 11pm and let me in the room.. I was accused of smoking in the room when I do not smoke,however we did figure it out. I booked AGAIN, this time after 3pm, check in is at 3 so I headed directly to the place. I text the owner as she gave me her number when I previously stayed. She read the message of me asking which room was it, but she did not respond. Here again, I was at the property waiting for a response. I receive a message on the booking app where they explained they are checking to make sure the room is ready. The owner still did not reply, so I asked for the room to be cancelled. No more than 2 minutes passed and there was someone who approached me in person, (as I sat on the steps booking another room ) she told me the room is ready. I proceeded to tell her I asked the owner to cancel, she stood there for a few minutes texting the owner back and forth and informed me the owner said they would issue me a refund. It’s been some time since and I’ve asked several times about the refund . The owner did not initiate a refund. The property was reposted within the hour for someone else to schedule it,. But no refund was made. Also the places were very hard to find, the pictures do help. When I got in one of the rooms it had a strong smell, mixed with a good smell covered up. You get what you pay for. There is a reason these rooms are normally less expensive than the others in the area.

Overall pleasant aesthetics and in room amenities.

I love how big the shower was , and easy access and modern everything was. I really do love this place. Owners are very nice and welcoming 🙏🏿!
