This was an unexpectedly very pleasant experience. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and professional. Although I didn’t take part in any of the organized tours, there are many, and they provide all kinds of information on how to get to other parts of the country. They have a kitchen that makes basic Khmer dishes and basic Western food - I had lunch and dinner there the first day, and was very pleased with my food!

Staffs were helpful, sincere and very positive. Very calm and peaceful.

Location is perfect, and customer service is over expectation. I forgot my staff after checking out, but they called and send me back later.

The staff were absolutely exceptional from the moment we arrived until we left. The residence was amazing and the beds were so comfortable! Highly recommend!

Cutest little place in a very authentic setting, the family running it is just awesome and goes above on beyond to make you feel welcome :-) They even recommended a little local restaurant where we were the only tourists and had the best food we’ve had in Cambodia! 🥳

Battambang is a great place to visit and the homestay is just delightful. Savet picked us up in town - such a friendly guy! The homestay is set in a beautiful garden and has been fitted out really well, with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The small balcony is lovely to sit out overlooking the garden. Savet's family are lovely and so welcoming. Be sure to go out on a guided cycle ride with Savet - he knows so much about the area, the culture and the history of Cambodia. I would highly recommend and hope to return one day.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. My son put too much toilet paper in toilet and clogged it. But they fixed it within 1 hour and offered another room to use incase we needed to use bathroom.

The property is beautiful, relaxing, and very peaceful. With the conflict going on with Thailand, there are no problems here and we were not worried. The skirmishes are many hours away from here. Our host was so kind and sweet. He had us try a few Cambodian foods that we really liked and did not charge us.

I had a wonderful stay here! The entire staff is incredibly kind and welcoming,they really make you feel at home. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and the atmosphere is very peaceful. No complaints at all.

We had an exceptional time at the Lotus Blanvc! From the moment we arrived, we had free pick up service from the bus station. The host and his entire team demonstrated exemplary professionalism, always available, smiling and concerned about our well-being. Mr.Peter was  our lovely driver, passionate and incredibly cultured guide.

One of our most memorable stays, and we stayed for only one night. Pisai is the nicest, most warm host you will meet. She welcomed us so nicely and the kids there are so sweet. We had a blast playing with them. Breakfast was delicious, and the room and hot shower were clean. Wiish we had an extra day to spend more time there.

The staff was very friendly and the property was clean. The pool was exceptionally clean.
