Very courteous service from the beginning to the end. In fact, the receptionist Ms. Khetha reminded me that I still had two hours more to checkout while I was leaving. I've seen hotels rush through the checkout but not this one. The first of its kind experience in my decades of staying in hotels. Location and room service are the plus points. My special mention of Ms. Khetha is very essential here. Her level of customer service was top notch, like how you find in swanky hotels in big metros, considering Kilinochchi is a small town. She has passed the IELTS and I wish her, and the management of the Hotel, a bright future.
