Everything was perfect. Great location. Clean and comfortable room with a beautiful sea view. The staff was excellent.

From the moment we pulled up to the entrance, we knew we were in for a treat. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome (special shoutout to Ilija). ​The Room: Spotless, modern, and the bed felt like a cloud. We where upgrade with the sea view room and it was breathtaking. ​Breakfast: One of the best hotel spreads I’ve seen. The omelet was a highlight, and the coffee was actually high-quality. ​Pro-tip: Ask for a room on a higher floor to get best view. We can’t wait to come back!

Location is very good. And it has free parking lot. Apartment is safe, clean and comfortable. There is sea in front of the apartment.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Host was very available and helped with luggage. Room was large and very comfortable. Fabulous view and great location...just steps down to the restaurants, marina and some sites on the waterfront below. Excellent place would stay there again.

Our stay here was extremely pleasant and relaxing. Waking up every morning was a real highlight. The view from the balcony is genuinely wonderful, and the apartment itself was quiet and peaceful both during the day and at night. The host’s representative was always available and very helpful, communication was easy from the very beginning, including the check-in process, which was simple and convenient. We also received great recommendations for restaurants, shops, and places to visit nearby. It never felt like a formal rental experience. There was real care and attention to guests. Upon arrival we found a large bottle of drinking water, tea, coffee, cookies, and a complimentary bottle of very good local wine. The apartment is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including kitchen appliances, cookware, ironing facilities, and many small practical details that make traveling easier. The internet connection worked perfectly throughout our stay. Guests also receive discounts at several restaurants in Kotor and Dobrota, as well as at a local shop, which was a nice bonus. Another major advantage for travelers by car is the private parking area. In this part of Montenegro, especially in historic towns like Perast, parking can make a huge difference. Perast itself turned out to be an excellent base for exploring Montenegro. Within about an hour’s drive there are many very different and interesting places to visit, while the town itself remains much quieter and calmer than most of the more crowded tourist destinations in the region. After long day trips, it was genuinely nice to return here in the evening. The owner clearly chose the location very carefully and made the most out of it. Staying here was exceptionally comfortable. We would gladly come back again and will definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Nice apartment with a fabulous sea view. Full equipped kitchen, wonderful terrace to spend the evenings and private parking available. Very nice and helpful host. Next time I would like to stay longer, highly recommend it! 😊

Free coffee offered upon arrival. Came into town without a place and found this lovely quaint apartment for rent. Very homey feel and lovely staff that assisted with questions we had about local endeavors. Restaurant right out the door was also a nice touch added to this very nice and affordable accommodation.
