Great location, property in good conditions and friendly staff

First of all the kindness of the personnel and Mongolian people in overall must be mentioned. The location is good, just 15-20 minutes walk to the very center, via a straight road. The room was clean and beds were comfortable with good mattresses. Breakfasts were delicious. The hotel organises airport transfers, our driver was very responsible and never made us wait.

Location is ideal - a couple of blocks from Sükhbaatar Square. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is solid, and all of the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Location, staff and rooms were really good

The location was perfect. We only stayed for a night for our flight back but the service of the staff upon arrival and departure was the highlight of our stay. Comfortable room and bed. The concierge helped us on our taxi to the airport for our 3am schedule and even gave us take away breakfast. The real hospitality of Mongolians.❤️ Thank you very much sir.

Everything about Kempinski is amazing but most importantly it’s the staff. I have stayed there a few times now and they always recognize and provide extra care and super accommodative.

It was an amazing experience. I had 17 hours stopover in Ulaanbaatar. As promised, the hotel manager, Ms. Ganaa picked me up from the airport at 3:30 am (even the airport name written on my itinerary was wrong due to the agency mistake that i bought, she double-checked and came to correct airport). She was super nice with a great language skills. The room and the other stuffs were all nice. They arranged all according to my schedule, even the breakfast time. They helped me to utilize my 17 hours in most perfect way. In the end, Ms. Ganaa dropped me back to the airport perfectly on time. It was a great experience. Very clean room, super kind staff, and not greedy management… I strongly suggest everyone. I can clearly say that the best hotel experience of my life.

Pretty good location, room was cozy, warm water and clean towels. The staff speaks English and was very welcoming and helpful. Included in the price was a small breakfast!

Good location, affordable, comfortable beds.

The apartment was surprisingly clean, spacious, and comfortable for our group. There were some convenience stores near the apartment and the Korean BBQ restaurant.

Great owner is a great guy. He goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and helps out with everything you need for your travels. The beds are so comfy.

In addition to the hotel’s breakfast for guests, on the first floor, there is a breakfast coffee house that opens as early as 6:00 a.m. They offer freshly made cakes, bread, and delicious coffee. It’s probably one of the earliest places to open in Ulaanbaatar. The hotel’s Chinese restaurant opens early, and you can enjoy very delicious Chinese food here

Good facilities and convenient location.

Good location. Room was very comfortable and well organized.

Comfortable property within walking distance of all the major sites. The family that owns it is so kind. The breakfast is large. And you can have laundry done here for a fee. It’s perfect.

Very nice apartment at the center of Ulaanbaatar. Very friendly and helpful host, very nice furniture. Spacious and central location. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, very nice master bed, and many convertible sofas. Television, dining area, working desk. Excellent black-out curtains.

The City Tower Hotel is very central and convenient to see the city sights.
